Anamosa - Mrs. Ray Collins, 66, died at noon Tuesday at Anamosa Community hospital where she had been a patient for a week. A former Mechanicsville resident, she had had a leg amputated in late August.

Mrs. Collins was the former Leola E. Longerbeam and the family lived northeast of Mechanicsville.

Funeral services will be held at the Mechanicsville Methodist church at 2 p.m. Friday, with Horner Funeral Home in charge. Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.
