Final rites for Mrs. Bessie Moon, 68, of 1132 Farnum street, Davenport, who died at 1 a.m. Wednesday in Mercy hospital, will be held at the Hill and Fredericks mortuary at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery, Tipton.

Mrs. Moon, the former Bessie A. Hancock, was born March 16, 1884 in Cedar county, the daughter of Daniel and Rosa House Hancock. She had been a resident of Davenport since 1913. Mrs. Moon married in Rock Island, Aug. 12, 1932. She was of Lutheran faith.

She is survived by her husband, and a brother, Thomas T. Hancock, Lime Springs, Iowa.
