William Clute, 91, was buried in the Clarence Cemetery, November 6, following services held in Savanna, Illinois. His death occurred November 4 in the Nursing Home at Elizabeth, Illinois where he and Mrs Clute had lived for a few years. Mrs Clute, formerly Verna Flynn of Dubuque preceded him in death Jan. 1973. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs M. M. (Lulu) Filloon, Central City, Iowa; and Mrs A. W. (Nellie) Holmes of St. Petersburg, Florida.
