Last rites for Mrs. Catherine Clara Crock, 66, were held at St. Mary church, Tipton, Nov. 29 with the Rev. George Snell officiating. Burial was in Rose Hill cemetery, Mechanicsville.

Pallbearers were Gene, Jim, Harry, Steve and George Driscoll and Bob Robertson. Mr. and Mrs. Reno Droll and Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Blake were in charge of flowers.

Mrs. Crock died at Cedar Manor, Nov. 27, following an extended illness.

The daughter of Dennis and Mary Malone Driscoll, she was born at Holbrook in Iowa county, March 8, 1909. She was educated in the Parnell and Holbrook schools and was married to Ernest Crock at Mechanicsville, June 8, 1932.

A resident of the Mechanicsville area for 41 years, she had lived in Tipton for 8 years. She was a seamstress.

Mrs. Crock was a member of St. Mary's church and St. Mary's Guild, the Tipton Woman's club and the Cedar county Saddle club.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Kathleen) Rouse, Tipton and a son, Bernard, Mechanicsville and 3 brothers, Donald and Charles, Mechanicsville and Arnold, Tipton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister and 2 brothers.
