Otto Hasenbank, 73, a long-time Clarence resident died Tuesday at St Luke's hospital, Cedar Rapids. Funeral services will be held Thursday in St John church at 1:30 p.m. The Rev Calvin Schumacher will officiate. Burial will be in St John cemetery. Pallbearers will be Merlin Hasenbank, Harold Goldsmith, Benjamin Bicknese, Raymond Hasenbank, James Meyer and Kenneth Ehlers. Mrs Merlin Hasenbank and Mrs Ehlers will be in charge of flowers.

Mr Hasenbank was born in Kansas. He married Adelia Meyer on June 13, 1931 at Stanwood. Survivors include his wife; a sister, Mrs Anna Klein and a brother, John, both of Clarence.
