I thought I might find Eliza's parents on the early New York Census, but all I have access to is the 1810, and 1820 from Heritage Quest. Jeremiah live with his parents in Ky till 18. they they mov WV, then to Illinois near Paris in Edgar Co where they farmed. He lived there till 1847, when he moved to Wapello Co IA.
In 1810 Census there was a Charles Bradshaw at Christian co Madison Richmond.
It says they married (Jeremiah and Azuba Eliza in Ohio in 1828. I don't have access to the 1830 Census. But imagine her folks lived Ohio at that time. I found in Ohio in 1820 Abner of Cuyahoga, Cleveland Oh
Benjamin in champaign Mad River OH , and
Philo, in Oh Knox Chester, could her parents have been one of these. There is so little info on the early census, its hard to tell if she was included. If I only had access to the 1830 Census!! there were so many in early New York, I wouldn't know where to start. Do u have an idea which part of NY they lived in??
