T C Weston, as I have found her in the census was Matilda C, and Tillie C, the wife of John A.
In 1870 she was 24, Matildy b PA, wife of John A
in 1900 she was Tilly C b PA, wife of John
in 1910 she was Matilda C 59 b PA PA PA, w of John
in 1920 she was Tillie 69 PA PA Pa, listed as head
John died Jan 17 1916. They had moved to Noble township in 1883. Tillie died 1930. They are buried at Grant Iowa. They adopted 2 children, and had two more in their home.
I am wondering if they met during the war, as they married (Matilda Davis) of Venago Co PA Sept 12 1867. He was discharged 1866.
