Rev. Zuern was first mentioned in the Atlantic news paper in 1931. He performed a marriage in 1936, however the 1940 census for West Marion, Williamson, IL states he was in OH in 1935?? I went to the Cass County Courthouse and searched through the birth records and male children born about same time as Allan H Zuern were accounted for on the 1940 census. There were several names that were sealed however. The 1935/36 newspaper is not available on the internet so I wasn't able to search for a motorcycle accident. Wish I could have been more help to you.
