Thank you for your response Janet.

To answer some of the questions I don't know if it is the right Foot (Handley) or not. I will have to persue that lead. I do not know H. D. Foot's profession and am only assuming (maybe hoping) that he was married.

This line of the family has been a dead end for many years and I have been assigned by my father and uncle to try to solve the mystery of our Foot(e) lineage. It seems that there is a trail but not a well traveled one.
