You have posted this on the Cass County Query Board, but as far as I can tell the only connection between Benjamin Sherk and Cass County is that Benjamin's brother Samuel lived in Cass County for a time. From the info you've provided, I believe you are much more likely to get a response by posting on the above Floyd County board.
