FUNERAL NOTICE

Brix Rites

Funeral services for Mrs. Eva Brix were held at the Roland funeral home this afternoon at 2 o’clock, the Rev. Harold A. Smith officiating. Mrs. Ernest Borchardt and Mrs. M. L. Hayes, accompanied by Ruth Perryman, sang “Take Thou My Hand” and “In the Garden.”

Casket bearers were Henry Auerbach, Frank Auerback [Auerbach], George Baxter, Earl Guttenfelder, Ivan Brix and Ray Guttenfelder. Interment was in the Atlantic cemetery.

NOTE FROM CONTRIBUTOR: Eva Brix was born January 12, 1877 and died August 22, 1957.
