September 19, 1965Gertrude Harris, Iowa Native, Dies Thursday
Gertrude Harris, a resident of Arcadia for the past year, passed away September 16, 1965. She was a native of Atlantic, Iowa and a former resident of Lassen County, California.
Mrs. Harris is survived by a granddaughter, Mrs. Margaret Malby of Westwood; grandson, Laurence [Lawrence] Saxe Harris, of Santa Barbara; four great grandchildren; two nieces, Mrs. Edith Doubrawa of Arcadia, and Mrs. Jane Sockman of Glendora, and one nephew, Fred Saxe Harris of Oakland.
Visitation through today (Sunday) at the Glaser & Miller Mortuary, Arcadia. Private Interment.
