ATLANTIC—Rites will be held at the Roland Peacock and Baxter funeral hoe Tuesday at 2 p. m. for Mrs. Adda E. Harris, 73, widow of the late Thomas M. Harris, of Atlantic. Mrs. Harris died Wednesday at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Harold C. Landmesser, at Rosemeade, Calif.
Mrs. Harris was born in Atlantic, and spent most of her life here. She was married to Thomas M. Harris on Sept. 11, 1895, and following Mr. Harris’ death in 1940, she made her home with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Asa A. Miller of Grant. She went to California in 1945 to make her home.
Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Asa Miller of Grant, Mrs. Worth E. Gingery of Long Beach and Mrs. H. C. Landmesser of Rosemeade; four grandchildren, a great granddaughter, and a sister, Miss Ethel Morrow of Atlantic.
