MRS. WALLACE TOBIAS FOLLOWS HUSBAND IN DEATH LAST WEEK

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at the Menlo Methodist church for Mrs. Alfronia [Alphronia] Bee Tobias, 84, wife of the late Wallace Tobias, former Atlantic and Anita resident. Burial was in the Stuart cemetery.

Mrs. Tobias, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Lamb, was born in the Five Mile Grove vicinity, northeast of Atlantic, Nov. 5, 1878, and passed away Wednesday, Apr. 17, at the Potter nursing home in Adair.

She was married to Mr. Tobias on Feb. 21, 1900, and they lived in the Atlantic community, until moving to Anita in 1912. They had loved in Menlo since 1925.

She is survived by two children, Clyde Tobias of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Mrs. Clara Carter of Menlo; 3 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 12, 1963.
