The funeral service for Rosella A. “Del” Prall Acker, 96, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 26, at the Roland Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles J. Downing of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in the Atlantic Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Acker died Monday afternoon at her home in Camdenton, Mo.

The daughter of Columbus and Mary Jane McGee Prall, she was born in Atlantic June 29, 1895, and was united in marriage to George Clifton Acker April 15, 1920.

They farmed in Cass county and moved to Camdenton in 1968.

Surviving are a daughter, Janice Tidgren and her husband, Carl, and a granddaughter, Jo Beth Tidgren, all of Camdenton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and a grandson, Curtis Tidgren.

The funeral service for Rosella A. “Del” Prall Acker, 96, was held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Roland Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Downing of the First United Methodist Church officiating. Duane Becker sang “In the Garden” and “How Great Thou Art.” Mrs. Walter Lyon was organist. In charge of flowers were Mr. and Mrs. Jack Retz, Mr. and Mrs. Eldred Michaelsen. Casket bearers were Don Prall, Clair and Leland Acker, Duane Weppler, Bill Lassen and Eldred Michaelsen. Burial was in the Atlantic Cemetery.
