Jacob O. Fudge.Funeral services for Jacob O. Fudge, 83, pioneer Cass county resident, who died Wednesday morning at the home of his son-in-law and daughter, Dr. and Mrs. E. E. Shaw, of Indianola, were held at 2 o’clock this afternoon at the Methodist church in Atlantic with the Rev. C. W. Cooper officiating.
Mrs. John Hancox and Mrs. T. C. Whitmore, accompanied by Mrs. Joseph O. Fudge, sang “Abide With Me” and “Still, Still With Thee.” Pallbearers were Mr. Fudge’s son, Joseph O. Fudge, and five sons-in-law, Ralph Durr of Mt. Pleasant, Earl Smiley of Dallas Center, Jerome Booth of Des Moines, Dr. E. E. Shaw of Indianola and Roy Wright of Stuart.
Interment was in the Atlantic cemetery.
