Funeral services for L. L. Bornholdt, local machinist who passed away last Friday, will be conducted from the chapel of the Roland, Peacock & Baxter home for funerals Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 3 p.m., Rev. Lauren D. Thomas of the Atlantic Methodist church officiating.

Mr. Bornholdt's son, Glen Bornholdt, of Highmore, S. D., arrived in Atlantic yesterday to complete funeral arrangements.

FUNERAL NOTICES
For Lou Bornholdt

Funeral services were held this afternoon at the Roland, Peacock & Baxter funeral home for Lou L. Bornholdt, who passed away last Friday at the age of 60. Burial was in the Atlantic cemetery.

Rev. Lauren Thomas officiated at the rites and Mrs. H. W. Nelsen Jr., at the organ, played "Lead Kindly Light" and "Nearer My God to Thee." Casket bearers were: Sherm Beebe, G. M. Chaffee, Maurice Brown, J. Levine, Ray Keith and Rick Brown.

LOUIS BORNHOLDT (1947)
On Thursday, February 6, Louis Bornholdt passed away in the Atlantic hospital at Atlantic, Iowa.
Mr. Bornholdt lived here until 1926, since which time he has resided in Iowa.
Several weeks ago he entered the hospital at Rochester, Minn., where he underwent a gall bladder operation from which he did not recover, although diabetes was the immediate cause of his death.
Glenn Bornholdt left Saturday to attend the funeral.
Mr. Bornholdt is survived by his son, Glenn, of Highmore, and daughter, Edith, of Las Vegas, Nevada.
