Services Held for Former Anitan. Frank J. Kramer, 79, of Omaha, NE, passed away Friday, May 1, 1992 at Hallmark Care Center, where he had just been a resident for 14 hours. Frank was a native of Altus, Arkansas until 1938 when he married the former Zella Leota Dorsey (daughter of B.C. and Donna Dorsey). They made their home in Anita and raised two daughters until they moved to Council Bluffs in 1958. Frank was a carpenter with Mike Betz, owned the Anita Cafe and was a policeman in Anita and then Atlantic. They were members of the Anita Catholic Church for all those years. In 1958 the family moved to Council Bluffs where Frank was a carpenter until he retired. His wife Zella preceded him in death June 26,1988. Survivors of Frank include two daughters, Barbara A. Vickers of Omaha (where he made his home for four years) and Donna Warren of Council Bluffs; two sisters, Martha Kohler of Beloit, KS and Mary Dowling of Fort Smith, Arkansas; three brothers, Joe Dave Kramer of Norman, Oklahoma, Ber­nard Kramer of Alma, Arkansas, and Willie Kramer of Fort Smith; seven grand­children: Annette, Brian, Bruce Vickers and Cindy, Lisa, Sheri, Richard Narwi; and five great-grandchildren. Services were held at Holy Family Church in Council Bluffs at II :00 a.m. Mon­day, May 4 with Rev. Paul Monahan officiating. Burial was in Anita Evergreen Cemetery at 2:30 p.m. Monday .
