MANNING--Jeff Haubrich, 22, of Manning, died Saturday, January 15, in an automobile accident near Dedham while on his way home to Manning. He had been employed in Coon Rapids.

Rite of the Christian Burial was celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday, January 17, at Sacred Heart church in Manning with the Rev. Msgr. Dean Walker as celebrant. Burial was in the parish cemetery. Active casketbearers were Joe Kalkhoff, Mike Hill, Dave Wurzer, Gene Steffes, Roger Wiese and Randy Halbur. Honorary bearers were Bill Smith, Dean Mundt and Brian Irlbeck.

Rosaries were recited at the Ohde Funeral Home in Manning at 7:30 and 8:45 p.m. Sunday.

Mr. Haubrich is survived by his fiancee, Bonnie Jo Hansen, Manning; his parents, Joe and Shirley Haubrich, Manning; the following sisters and brothers: Mrs. Rick (Kim) Stack, Coon Rapids; Michelle Haubrich, Ames; Lony Haubrich and his wife Brenda, Gray; Monty, Mark and Lis, at home; his grandmother, Mrs. Pauline Wood, Scranton; his great-grandmother, Mrs. Winnie Wood, Redondo Beach, Calif.; a niece, Heather, and two nephews: Jalen and Chris.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Lloyd C. Wood and his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary Haubrich.

Mr. Haubrich was born July 21, 1960, in Carroll. He graduated from Manning High School in1979. He lived and worked in Coon Rapids.
