Oct 11, 1982 - Carroll Daily Times - Mayme C. Selzer, 96, of 110 East Bluff street, died Friday, October 8, at St. Anthony Regional Hospital after a long illness. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, October 11, at the Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home in Carroll with the Rev. Arthur Bell, minister of the United Presbyterian church, officiating. Mrs. K.K. Holley was organist and Skip Raridon sang. Burial was in the Selzer family plot in the Carroll cemetery. Serving as casketbearers were Daryl Winker, Norbert Hahn, Merle Vetter, Otto Bluml, David Nagl and Norbert Baumhover.

Miss Selzer is survived by cousins. A member of a prominent family in Carroll, she was born April 17, 1886, in the Amana Colonies in Eastern Iowa. She was the daughter of Mr.and Mrs. George Selzer. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary.
