March 26, 1891 - Carroll Sentinel - The funeral of Henrietta Selzer occured this morning from her home, and was attended by a large concourse of friends. A large number of the Germania society and the greater portion of her schoolmates were in attendance. Henrietta was a great favorite among her school associates and in her absence from her accustomed place in the school room will so sadly missed for some time. Rev. Methfessel was the officiating clergyman, and his touching remarks caused many tears of regret to be shed by those in attendance. The bereaved and grief stricken parents have the sympathy of their many friends in the loss of the bright star of the household.

Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Selzer wish to express their thanks to the many friends who so kindly tendered assistance during the recent severe trials attendant upon the illness and death of their daughter.
