Sept 18, 1942 - Carroll Times - Mr. and Mrs. N.M. Mackey of Lake Okoboji are spending a few days with his mother, Mrs. Prior Mackey. Mr. and Mrs. Mackey came from Boone where they were called by the death of her mother, Mrs. W.F. Dunn. Mrs. Dunn, who fell and broke her hip about a year ago and has been bedfast since that time, suffered a stroke Friday and passed away Sunday afternoon. Funeral services were held in Boone Tuesday morning and interment was made in the city cemetery at Carroll at 1 o'clock Tuesday afternoon.
