April 6, 1966 - Carroll Daily Times - Funeral services for Mrs. Gus (Jessie) Brugger, 78, of Yale were held Tuesday afternoon. She died April 3 at the Perry Nursing Home in Carroll, where she had been a resident for about 14 months. She was a former resident of the Lidderdale community. The Rev. Herbert Thomas conducted rites at 1 p.m. at the Marchant Funeral Home at Yale. Burial was in East Liberty Cemetery, Lidderdale. Pallbearers were John Batz, Paul Batz, Horace Nichols, William Keebler, Merritt Dallinger and Jay Hemphill.

Mrs. Brugger is survived by two sons, Vern of Milpitas, Calif., and Mario, Great Falls, Mont.; and three grandchildren.

Her husband died in April, 1962, while the couple lived at Yale. A brother, Howard Moore, died April 2 at Rochester, Minn., where services were scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Mr. Moore also was a former resident of Lidderdale.
