July 23, 2003 - Carroll Daily Times - Funeral service for Mabel A. Frank of Bradenton, Fla., will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 26, 2003, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll. Mrs. Frank, 100, died Feb. 14, at Heritage Park Care and Rehabilitation in Bradenton. Pastor Charles Haake will officiate the service. Burial will be in Carroll Cemetery. Dahn and Woodhouse Funeral Home of Carroll is in charge of arrangements.

Born at Carroll, she moved to Manatee County, Fla., in 1977. Mrs. Frank was a homemaker and member of Hope Lutheran Church and the Republican Club in Bradenton, the AARP and the Carroll American Legion Auxiliary.

Survivors include five nieces: Bettye Beverly of Holiday, Fla., Doris Marchael of Iowa City, Lavine Trier of Hollis Hills, N.Y., Marjorie Herrig of Dubuque, and Bernadette Gannon of Manson; and six nephews: Gerald Sievers of Council Bluffs, Tom Wegman of Iowa City, Raymond Sievers of La Puente, Calif., Keith Sievers of Pasadena, Calif., Trevor Sievers of Missouri City, Texas, and Roger Sievers of Los Athos, Calif.
