Bettyann Buenting, 19 Dies Suddenly
Bettyann Buenting, who would have been 19 years old this month, died Wednesday, Jan 5, at 11:45 a.m. in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Dodge, where she has been a patient since Monday morning suffering from pneumonia and a kidney ailment. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Buenting. Betty graduated from Pomeroy High School in the class of 1965 and had been attending the Bernal School of Beauty in Fort Dodge until she became ill. She is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Buenting; four brothers and two sisters, Luverne of Colonial Heights, Va., Corrine (Mrs. Lloyd Bachman of Fort Dodge), Loran of Fort Ddoge, Judy (Mrs. Tom Whitfield of Pocahontas), David of California and Danny at home. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:00 in St. John Lutheran Church, the Rev. C. A. Brauer officiating. The Michael Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangement.
