MANSON WOMAN DIED IN DENVER SATURDAY
The body of Mrs. John Mortimer, who died in Denver, Colorado, was brought to her home in Manson for burial on Tuesday.
Mrs. Mortimer and daughter, Clara, went to Denver about two months ago soon after the death of Mr. Mortimer, for a visit at the home of her sister. She was taken ill with influenza which developed into pneumonia, causing her death on Saturday morning.

Martha Luella Willson was born in Otley, Iowa, on October 12, 1859. In 1880, she was married to John Mortimer. They came to Manson and lived in this vicinity ever since, for many years on a farm south of town and of late years in town.

One daughter, Clara, is left to mourn her loss, one brother, B. Willson of St. Louis, and one sister, Mrs. Ruth Price of Denver Colorado. Funeral services were held from the Methodist church on Tuesday afternoon, with the Rev. H. O. Ward in charge. Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.
