OBITUARY

Died, near Bedford, Iowa, Jimmie, son of William and Linnie Osburn, aged 6 years 8 months and 16 days. Jimmie had not been well for six weeks, but was up most of the time till Wednesday night he was taken suddenly worse with congestion of the brain and suffered intensely until death relieved him of all pain. Neighbors and friends kidly administered and laid to rest amid profusion of flowers. Mr. and Mrs. Osburn’s many friends of this place join with them in their sad bereavement.

A precious one from us has gone;
A voice we loved is stilled;
A place is vacant in our home,
Which never can be filled.
God, in his wisdom, has recalled,
The boon His love had given.
And, altho’ the body oulders here.
The soul is safe in Heaven.
