Services for Lorne M. Boylan, 73, who died of a heart attack on Friday, June 5, at Mercy Hospital Medical Center in Des Moines, were held on Monday, June 8, at Caldwell-Brier-Robbins Funeral Home, with burial in the Masonic Cemetery.
A native of Bristow, Mr. Boylan lived in Des Moines for 35 years. A retired lawyer, he was a member of the College Avenue Christian Church, the Masonic Lodge, Za-Ga-Zig Shrine, and the American Legion. He was a World War II veteran and a member of the American and Iowa Bar Associations. Survivors include his wife, Maxine.
