Daniel Gregory Lucas, age 14, of Clarksville, died Saturday, November 13, 2010, at his home, from complications of Lesch-Nyhan disease.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 17, 2010, at the Clarksville High School – West Gym.

Burial will be held at Lynwood Cemetery in Clarksville.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., Tuesday at the Clarksville High School – West Gym and continue for one hour prior to services on Wednesday.

Memorials may be directed to the family of Daniel.
