Mrs. John J. Finke- Mrs. John J. Finke, 44, died in her home at 85 Franklin street at 2:30 a.m. Saturday of multiple sclerosis.

She was born June 6, 1898, in Butler county, Iowa, daughter of Alfred and Olive Sidmore. She was married to John J. Finke on March 8, 1922 at Bristow, Ia., where they lived until 1929. They had lived here since then.

She had been in poor health for the past four years and had been bedfast for a year and a half.

Surviving are the husband; a brother, Claude Sidmore, Aredale, Ia.; a half-brother, Bert Sidmore, 1309 Commercial street, and a half-sister, Mrs. John H. Steeley, 194 Graceline boulevard. Her parents are dead.

She was a member of Becker chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, of Bethany White Shrine, Cedar Falls, and of Central Church of Christ here.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Central Church of Christ by Rev. Charles F. Jacobs, pastor of First Congressional church. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery.

The body will be taken to the church at 1 p.m. Monday from the Parrott & Wood funeral home.
