Jose Arreola, age 60, of Storm Lake, Iowa, died on January 21, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
Jose was born on November 20, 1952, in Michoacan, Mexico, the son of Isabel and Margarita (Calvillo) Arreola.
He married Eva Arreola in Michoacan, Mexico. They were blessed with three children: Juan, Maria, and Margarita.
Jose was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Storm Lake. He loved being a handy man and meeting new people. In his spare time, he enjoyed walking his dog. Jose loved spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Eva Arreola, of Storm Lake, Iowa; his children: Juan, Maria, and Margarita Arreola, all of Storm Lake, Iowa; his grandchildren: Ariana and Jayden Arreola, Kiana Williams, and Myriah Gonzalez, all also of Storm Lake, Iowa; his brothers: Guadalupe (Evila) Arreola and Isabel Arreola, both of Michoacan, Mexico; and his sisters: Graciela (Salvador) Amador, of Mexico City, Mexico, and Eva (Rodolfo) Munoz, of Michoacan, Mexico; as well as extended family and friends.
Jose was preceded in death by his father, Isabel Arreola; his mother, Margarita Calvillo; and his brother, Isidro Arreola.
Memorial Service: 1:00 p.m., January 26, 2013, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Storm Lake, Iowa.
