Joseph Herman Johnson, age 59, of Sioux Rapids, Iowa, died on January 1, 2017, at the Buena Vista Regional Medical Center in Storm Lake.

On February 18, 1973, Joe was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness. As a committed Jehovah’s Witness, he looked forward to the fulfillment of John 5:28, 29 and Revelation 21: 3-5. Indeed, his faith strengthened him through his illness, and he will be missed by his many friends and family.
