Storm Lake Buena Vista Vidette - Apr 12, 1912 - Word was received of the death of Hiram Lemm on March 18, 1912 at Humboldt, AZ. He was formerly a resident of Storm Lake and vicinity for over 30 years. He lived for two years with his daughter, Mrs F.C. Fuller of Des Moines and last May left for Arizona to make his home with his oldest daughter whom he had not seen for about 17 years.

His health had been failing for some time and death was due to old age and paralysis. He was 80 years old and also served in the Civil War.

Funeral services were held from the home of his grandson at Prescott, AZ and the remains were laid to rest in the family lot at Phoenix, AZ as his wishes were to be buried there.

He leaves three daughters to mourn his loss. Mrs W.F. Holder of Humboldt, AZ; Mrs F.C. Fuller of Des Moines; and Mrs W.H. Van Scolk of Chicago, IL. Also two grandsons and 3 great grandchildren, all of whom live in Arizona.
