Marge Warren, age 88, of Fonda, Iowa, died December 2, 2010, at the Loring Hospital in Sac City, Iowa.
Sadie Marjorie Byers was born on September 3, 1922, the daughter of Howard and Lila Mae (Smith) Byers. Marge attended grade school and later graduated from Sac City High School in 1941.
Marge was united in marriage to Ernest Warren. They were blessed with one son, Thomas. Marge and her family were active members of St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Newell.
Marge spent her time as a loving homemaker for her family. She also enjoyed crocheting and completing word searches.
Those left to cherish her memory include her sisters: Ethel Wolf, of Sac City, Iowa, and Kate Byers, of Whitewood, South Dakota; her grandchildren: Holly (Jacob) Jeffers, of Kingsport, Tennessee, and Mitchell Warren, and special friend, Theresa Carlson, of Cambridge, Minnesota; her great grandchildren: Dylan, Tommy and Sarah Warren; her daughter-in-law: Inez (Duane) Dirks, of Kingsport, Tennessee; and her nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ernest; and her son, Thomas.
Visitation: 5-7:00 p.m., December 06, 2010, at the Fratzke & Jensen Funeral Home in Newell, Iowa
Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m., December 07, 2010, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Newell, Iowa
