Cammeron Elliot Perrigo, age 49, of Sioux Rapids, passed away on Monday, Aug. 9, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center of Sioux City.

Cammeron E. Perrigo was born on June 8, 1961, to Clyde and Beverly (Wilbur) Perrigo. He attended grade school in Truesdale and Albert City and graduated from Albert City Truesdale High School in 1979.

Cammeron was married on April 28, 2000, to Donna Marie Smith at the Faith United Assembly of God Church in Storm Lake. He attended the Faith United Assembly of God Church in Storm Lake from a young age. He was employed at Maurer Manufacturing of Spencer. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching NASCAR racing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Clyde; sister, Suzanne Vazquez; niece, Amanda Vazquez; and nephew, Chad Perrigo.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly Perrigo of Truesdale; his wife, Donna Perrigo of Sioux Rapids; children, Brianne and husband Brian Wilson of Algona, John Perrigo of Cedar Falls, and Krystal Moore of Spencer; step-children, Thomas (T.J.) Moore of Rembrandt, Christine Smith of Sioux Rapids, and Julie and husband Bryan Kell of Galva; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Gilbert and Teresa Perrigo of Springfield, Mo.; sisters, Joy Olson of Lincoln, Ill., Marty and Fred Ulven of Storm Lake; Myra Perrigo of Milford; Regina and Robert Chambers of Normal, Ill., and Michelle Elmore of Truesdale; and also many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2010, at 11 a.m. at the Faith United Assembly of God Church of Storm Lake. The Nicklas D. Jensen Funeral Home of Alta was in charge of the arrangements.
