EVERARD H. TEGELER

Funeral services for Everard H. Tegeler, who died at his home in Storm Lake Wednesday morning at 12:27 o'clock, after an illness of some time, were held from the Church of Christ Friday afternoon at 2:00, with the Rev. Pollard of the Pentecostal church officiating. Burial was in the local cemetery. Mrs. Pollard and Mrs. Bach sang several selections during the services, with Mrs. Elmer Benberg as accompanist.

Bearers were: Connie Bach, Ellrich Schoen, Elmer Benberg, Henry Spooner, Jule Gutel and Bennie Fearbach.

Everard Henry Tegeler, son of Louis W. and Theresa Tegeler, was born November 11, 1891, in Palmer, Kansas. He was baptized when two weeks old and at the age of 14 years was confirmed into the Lutheran faith. Altho handicapped in many ways, he never lost faith in Christ.

He came to Storm Lake December 17, 1919, and made his home with his mother up to the time of his death.

He leaves to mourn his death, his mother, Mrs. Theresa Tegeler; one sister, Orie Rogge; one brother, Louis W. Tegeler; six nieces; Beulah Tegeler, Bernice Myers, Opal and Fern Rogge and Erna and William Kuritz; a nephew, Dan Myers; a grand nephew, Clarence Myers; two brothers-in-law, George Rogge and William Kuritz, and other relatives and a host of friends. His father died February 24, 1905, and a sister died January 5, 1917.
