Mary Frances "Fran" Demro passed away July 30, 2017 in Merced, California.

Mary Frances Arthaud was born on May 15, 1930 in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Clement Anthony & Margaret Mary (Verbeck) Arthaud.

She is survived by her children Natalie Koeslag (Mike), Rebecca Dugger (Mike), Steven Demro (Patty), Liz Demro (Rudy), 8 grandchildren, Ashley, Danielle, Mandi, Landan, Ryan, Kory, Wes and Daniel, 3 great grandchildren, Addison, Vann and Eleanor, and her brother John Arthaud (Sue).
Fran married Wesley David Demro in 1950 and they ventured to California, where she pursued a career as a registered nurse. Fran loved to laugh and have fun. Her spirit and positivity were a gift to all who knew her. She touched many people with her beautiful smile.

The Demro Family would like to extend special thanks and gratitude to the staff of Park Merced, Convenant Care Hospice and Hinds Hospice for the loving care they provided these last few months.

Graveside Service: 1:30 P.M. Monday, November 6, 2017 at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Hazleton, Iowa.
