Lamont - Carrie A. Nichols, 93, daughter of Miles and Sarah Nichols was born Dec. 22, 1858, near Colesburg Iowa.

She married Herbert Dunsmoor Oct. 28, 1877. They had two sons, Frank, Port Orchard, Wash. and Ernest, Cedar Rapids.

With the exception of the first few years of their married life which was spent at Armstrong and Forest City, they lived on their farm one half mile north of county corners. Mr. Dunsmoor preceded her in death in April, 1943.

Three years ago her health failed, leaving her an invalid. She died March 3 [or 8], 1952, at the home of her son Ernest in Cedar Rapids.

Surviving are the two sons and five grandchildren ..... [the remainder of this clipping is torn off]
