LAMONT (Special) — Mrs. J.C. (Donna) Wright, 71, Kirksville,Mo. died Dec. 16 in a Kirksville
hospital.

Born in Lamont on June 10, 1902, she was the
daughter of Jay P. and Anna May Draper Stewart. On Dec. 21, 1929 in Nashville she was married to
Dr. J. C. Wright who survives.

Also surviving are one son Dr.J.C. Wright, Virginia Beach, Va.;one daughter, Mrs. Thomas
(Patricia) VanHorn, Des Moines; one brother, Raymond Stewart, Bensonville, 111.; two sisters, Mrs. Paul Hansen, Cedar Falls and Helen Williamson,Lamont and five grandchildren.She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
She attended several universities and taught in Iowa,Washington, D.C., Maryland,American Samoa and at NMSU,Kirksville, Mo.

Mrs. Wright was a member of the Baptist church
and several organizations.Funeral services were held Dec. 18 at the Davis Funeral Chapel, Kirksville.

Burial was in the Keokuk National cemetery.

Pallbearers were six doctors. Mrs. Helen Williamson and Zylpha Stewart, Lamont, attended
the services at Kirksville.
