Jesup- Irene E. Wittkop, 93 years old of Jesup, IA, died Saturday, November 13, 2010, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center in Waterloo, IA.

Mrs. Wittkop is survived by three sons, Jerry L. (Vergie) Wittkop of Nolanville, TX, Jim D. (Edna Mae) Wittkop of Des Moines, and Joe Wittkop of Prairie Grove, AR; one daughter, Joyce (Eldon Glessing) Thomsen-Glessing of Howard Lake, MN; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marlyn (Bernard) Fox of Phoenix, AZ, and Dona Venz of Fairbank.

In addition to her husband Edward, who died in 1997, she is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Gordon Moulds.

Services will be 1 PM Friday, November 19, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church, Jesup, with Rev. Vicki Reece officiating.

Burial will be at Cedar Crest Cemetery, Jesup.

Visitation will be from 4-8 PM Thursday at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, and for an hour before services Friday at the church.

Memorials will be directed to the First United Methodist Church, Jesup.
