HAZLETON - Mary Louise Ohl, 70, of Hazleton, died Wednesday, Oct. 27, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics of a short illness.

She was born Oct. 17, 1940, in Iowa City, daughter of Lyle Dale Brown and Thelma Eileen Milks Brown. She married Leonard Dale Ohl June 12, 1965, in Hazleton.

Survived by: her husband; a daughter, Lenora "Lonnie" (Merlin) Polok of Waterloo; three sons, Leonard (Amy) Ohl Jr. of Jesup, Lyle Ohl of Hazleton and Leon (Ronda Buchtela) of Urbana; seven grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a sister, Becky (Mike) Hastings of Carbondale, Kan.; and four brothers, Larry (Kelly) Brown of Banning, Calif., Dennis Brown of Vinton, Richard Brown of Arkoma, Okla., and Cordyon (Karen) Brown of Floral City, Fla.

Preceded in death by: a brother, Dale Brown.

Celebration of Life: 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Senior Center, Independence.
