JESUP — Janet Ann Quint, 47, of Jesup, died following a short illness, Saturday, March 1, 2008, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.
Janet was born February 6, 1961, in Oelwein, the daughter of Jerome Anthony Quint and Judith Marie (Walderbach) Quint. She attended and graduated from Dunkerton Community School in 1979.
Janet is survived by one son, Wesley Quint of Waterloo; her parents, Jerome and Judy Quint of Dewar; two sisters, Jennifer (Mike) Phelps of Waterloo, Joyce Clegg of Littleton, Colo.; two brothers, James Quint of Waterloo and Jerald (Stacy) Quint of Waterloo.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 6, 2008, at St. Francis Catholic Church, rural Dunkerton, with Fr. Kenneth C. Stecher officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m. Wednesday at the White Funeral Home, Jesup, where there will be a Parish Rosary at 4 p.m. and Vigil Service at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Visitation will continue for an hour before services Thursday at the church.
