Howard Postel of Greentop Dies At 82
Howard Glen Postel, 82, of Greentop, died Sunday morning at 9 o'clock in his home. The son of Edward and May Madison Postel, he was born Feb. 22, 1893 in Independence, Iowa. Mr. Postel had been employed at various occupations throughout the United States and had been a resident of Greentop the past three years. Graveside services will be held Thursday afternoon at 1 o'clock in the Greentop cemetery. Elder Clyde O. Johnson of Green Castle will conduct the services which will be under the direction of the Foster Memorial Home. Bearers will be: Tommy Wayman, Joe Mollick, Robert Wilson, Earl Peterson, Gerald Lewis and Bryan Arnold. The body will be at the funeral home after noon on Wednesday.
