INDEPENDENCE - Charles R. Hoover, 85, of Independence, died Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008, at Buchanan County Health Center following a short illness.
Funeral services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, First Presbyterian Church, Independence. Burial: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Circle Grove Cemetery, Troy Mills. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory in Independence and 9 a.m. to service time Wednesday at the church.
Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; two sons, Craig of Independence and James of Vancouver, Wash.; a daughter, Tamela Pink of Kansas City, Mo.; and a brother, Dean of Troy Mills.
Also surviving are a grandson, Barry Charles Hoover; and a great-grandson, Dalton Charles Hoover.
