BRANDON — Dwayne D. Robison, 67, of Brandon, died at home Saturday, Jan. 5, following a long illness.
He was born Nov. 8, 1940, in Independence, son of Harry B. and Elvia I. Brunko Robison. He married Karen Marie Schoeberl on Feb. 2, 1963, at St. John’s Catholic Church in Independence.
Mr. Robison graduated from Brandon High School in 1959, then served in the U.S. Army. He was employed as a carpenter with the Carpenter’s Union Local 1835 for 18 years prior to becoming a self-employed carpenter.
Survivors include: his wife; two sons, Cletus (Maureen) of Chino Valley, Ariz., and Connor of Brandon; and four granddaughters.
Preceded in death by: a daughter, Chrystal Alaine Robison.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Evangelist Church, Independence, with burial in Brandon Cemetery, Brandon. Public visitation from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Reiff Funeral Home & Crematory, Independence, with a 3 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. parish vigil service.
