INDEPENDENCE – Iva M. McGinley, 81, died Wednesday morning, May 28, 1998, at Peoples Long Term Care Center, Independence, after a long illness.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 30, at the Reiff Funeral Home, Independence, with the Rev. William Black officiating. Burial will be in Wilson Cemetery, Independence.
Friends may call from 2 until 8 p.m. Friday and after 8 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Survivors include one son, David of Independence.
She was born Sept. 4, 1916, in Independence. She married Ted McGinley in 1943. He preceded her in death. Mrs. McGinley was self-employed as a housekeeper.
