WAVERLY - Nichole "Nikki" Averhoff, 19, of Waverly, died in Waterloo Sunday, June 19, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident.

She was born Jan. 11, 1992, in Waverly, daughter of Charles Averhoff and Kimberly Bogan. She graduated from Waverly-Shell Rock High in 2010 and had worked at the Asian Garden Restaurant, Waverly, and most recently at Applebee's in Waterloo.

Survived by: her parents, both of Waverly; three brothers, Lee Averhoff of Waterloo, Adam (Olivia) Averhoff of Dewar and Mike (Jennifer) Mehmen of Columbus, Ohio; a sister, Amanda Averhoff of Clarksville; paternal grandparents, Ivan and Mary Jane Averhoff of Dewar; and maternal grandmother, Myrna Bogan of Clarksville.

Preceded in death by: maternal grandfather, Larry Bogan.

Memorial services: 7 p.m. Thursday at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly, where visitation will begin at 4 p.m. Cremation will follow the service.
