READLYN — LaVera Frieda Oltrogge, 91, of Denver, formerly of Readlyn, died Sunday, Jan. 24, at Denver Sunset Home, Denver.

She was born March 7, 1918, near Frederika, daughter of Henry and Hulda Morsch Wolfgram. On Sept. 29, 1940, she married Eldo Oltrogge at Zion Lutheran Church, Readlyn. He died March 16, 2000.

Mrs. Oltrogge and her husband farmed south of Readlyn, and she was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Readlyn.

Survived by: two sons, Gerald of Waverly and Larry (Sara) of Denver; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Wilma Eichenberger of Fredericksburg.

Preceded in death by: two brothers, Elmer and Paul Wolfgram.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, Readlyn, with burial in the church cemetery. Public visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Readlyn, and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials: may be directed to Denver Sunset Home or Cedar Valley Hospice.
