LOIS SCHILLING HUNT
Mrs. Lois Schilling Hunt, 49, a resident of Waverly, died Thursday afternoon Feb. 10, at the Waverly Municipal Hospital where she had been a patient for six days.

Lois M. Drewis was born on February 17, 1927 in Tripoli, the daughter of Ernest and Emma Drewis.

In 1945 she was united in marriage to Harlan J. Schilling. They lived in Horton, moved to Waverly in 1948, lived in Tripoli for one year before again moving back to Waverly. Mr. Schilling died in 1963. Two years later she was married to Donald Hunt. They were later divorced. For the past six months she had been in ill health.

She is survived by five sons, Larry Schilling, Jerry Schilling, Mike Schilling, Kelvin Schilling all of Waverly, Bruce Schilling at home; one daughter, Melodie Hunt, at home; five brothers, Roland Drewis, Waverly, Ralph Drewis, Frederika, Erwin Drewis, New Hampton, Randy, Tripoli, Fred Drewis, Plainfield; four sisters, Mrs. Don Sievers, Tripoli, Mrs. Dean Harris, Waterloo, Mrs. Lee Harris, Washburn, Mrs. John Marlow, Waterloo, and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, and three sisters, Mrs. Dale Schroeder, Mrs. James Kerr, and Ruth Drewis.
