MRS. FRED BREMER
Services for Mrs. Fred Bremer, 84, of 314 Edward Street, who died at her home Friday afternoon of a cerebral hemorrhage, will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Faith United Church of Christ in Tripoli.

She was born May 4, 1887 in Fremont Township in Bremer County, the daughter of John and Wilhelmina Burmeister. In 1908 she was married to Fred W. Bremer. They lived in Sumner where he was a buttermaker at Spring Fountain Creamery for 19 years. For 18 years they farmed near Frederika and moved to Waterloo in 1945.

Survivors are two daughters, Miss Lucille Bremer of 314 Edward Street, and Mrs. Elmer Joens of 342 Edward Street; three sons, Elmer of Ontario, Calif., Everett of 1039 Riehl Street, and Herbert of 301 Center Street; 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Ernest Bahlmann of Tripoli.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one son, one daughter, two sisters, and two brothers.

Friends may call at the Rettig Funeral home in Tripoli until noon Monday.
